Volunteer with Us

Our volunteers are not just important to the Turkish American Business Forum - their contributions bring our mission, vision and values to life! No matter what your skills are, we have a volunteer opportunity for you. You don't need experience. All we need is dedication and commitment, and we'll help you learn. Our volunteers take part in a variety of activities. Some help us with registration at events, while others write articles for our newsletters and assist in the organization and coordination of our events. There is an activity to fit everyone's schedule and interest.

If you would like to volunteer, please fill out a volunteer application form * and we will call you right away. If you ask to be put on our volunteer roster we will call you each time we need volunteers for a project and you can decide whether or not you would like to participate.

By volunteering at Business Forum, you'll have an opportunity to:

Help at the Major Fundraising Event!

There is one MAJOR annual fundraiser for which we need volunteers: Annual Gala Event. At our Annual Gala, we host more than 200 guests, and volunteers perform various tasks to keep the event running smoothly. Help is needed in many areas on the day of the event and before. Help Us at the Business Forum Office

We need volunteers to assist with mailings, member satisfaction surveys on the phone, etc. If you want to have some hands-on experience in daily operations of a non-profit organization while meeting new people, join us by faxing the application form to (212) 599.25.65  or emailing to info@forum.org

Assist In the Planning and Coordination of Events!

The Events Committee is responsible for scheduling a variety of programs. We are always seeking members who would like to volunteer their time and learn from each other. If you would like to meet and work in such a fun group, please fax the application form to the Business Forum office at (212) 599.25.65 or email to info@forum.org.

These are just some of the volunteer opportunities available. However we are always in need of innovative ideas to help raise money and awareness of Business Forum. We rely on volunteers to accomplish our mission, so we would be very pleased to have you aboard!
