Dear Members and Friends,

Turkish-American Business Forum hosted the seminar "How to do Business Deals: Risk Assessment and Collection", in corporation with TACCI on Monday, December 15, 2008 at Axa Equitable.

Following the registration and a cocktail hour of networking, the seminar started at 7:30 p.m. After Seyhan Arkonac's and Sevil Ozisik's opening speech, Bora Ozkan was the first speaker. His presentation and remarks were incredibly insightful and knowledgable. He talked about effective credit collection procedures and its importance for making money. Following Mr. Ozkan, Mr. Mark Meirowitz talked about making effective deals and negotiating to avoid risks in business. We are not only pleased to hear Mr. Meirowitz's insights, but also the way he delivered them. There were great questions and answers at the end of the seminar, and we had a very positive feedback from the attendees.
